Returns & Refunds

1. Keep & Refund (Partial Refund)

  • If your item has a minor defect (small printing issue, slight misalignment, etc.), you can keep the item, and we will issue a **partial refund** after deducting shipping and payment processing fees.
  • This option is only available if the item is still wearable and does not affect its usability.

2. Free Replacement

  • If you received an incorrect item, severely damaged item, or a major printing defect, we will send a free replacement at no extra cost.
  • You do not need to return the defective item.

Proof Required for Refund/Replacement

To process your refund or replacement request, please provide:

  • A clear photo of the defect or issue.
  • A photo of the shipping label on the package.
  • An unboxing video (if applicable, to verify transit damage).

Requests without sufficient proof may be rejected.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
❌ Items that have been used, washed, or worn.
Size selection mistakes by the customer (please refer to our size chart before ordering).
❌ Custom or personalized items.
❌ Clearance or final sale items.

Return Shipping Costs

Since we do not require physical returns for defective items, no return shipping is necessary. However, for partial refunds, a deduction for shipping and payment processing fees will apply.

Refund Method

- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal, Credit/Debit Card).
- Alternatively, we can issue store credit upon request.
