We at Fanatic Fox design our products with all the perfection and love but in case you are not happy and want to return your product, You can contact us anytime.


What is the time period to return my product ?

We offer you 7 days easy return and refund policy is you are not happy with the product you received. You have to send the product back to us in 7 days. You have to communicate with us within 7 days at Email or Whatsapp

You have to contact us via email or whatsapp before sending back the product. You can mail us that you want to return the product, mentioning the reason and necessary details.

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


What are the Terms and Conditions for Returns and Refunds ?

  • You have to communicate to us within 7 days upon delivery date to initiate the refund and return. You can contact us at Email or on Whatsapp
  • The return or exchange can only be made if the product you received have issue with design/ damaged/ defective/ wrong product, at the time of delivery. Product which are Used and damaged after using can not be returned.
  • You have to send us pictures and video of the misprinted/ damaged/ wrong product along with the original packaging in which you received the product, showing the shipping label and the customer details on it clearly for verification. (An unboxing video will be more helpful)
  • Your product must be unused and in the same condition in which you have received it.
  • After review we reserve the right to approve/reject the replacement or refund.

Terms for Exchange for Wrong Size product ?

  •  You can Exchange the wrong size product to different size of the same product.
  • Exchange can only be made for wrong size product.
  • A product can not be exchanged for a different product (Like different design)
  • There is a nominal 50/- Courier charge for any exchange. As we will generate reverse pickup for you.
  • You can only exchange once.
  • We can only initiate the exchange process after successful pickup of the wrong sized product.
  • Any exchange can be made within 7 Days from the dte of delivery (Delivery day included in 7 days)

We have our size chart shared with you on the product page, We request you to place order only after checking the size chart.

How shipping will be handled for returns and exchange ?

You have to mail us at a return, with necessary details:

  • Order ID;
  • Order Receiving Date;
  • Reason for replacement;
  • Image of the product and label;
  • Address with pin code;
  • Any additional details if required.

After the verification Our delivery guy will pick the product from you.

In case of any pickup facility not available then you have to ship the product to the address which we will provide. The courier charge will be bared by us for ‘Return’ and 50/- will be charged for any kind of Exchange.

We will verify the product and initiate the refund or exchange, Only after receiving the product back.


What is the process of refunds and replacement ? (If applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned product. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and amount will be transferred to any mode of payment you are comfortable with within a certain amount of days.

In case of replacement we will notify you that we have received your product and will initiate a replacement thereafter.
