Exchange and Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Exchange and Return:
- You have 7 days from the delivery date (including the delivery day) to initiate an exchange or return.
- Exchanges and returns are only accepted if the product you received is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect design
- Wrong product
- Products that have been used or damaged after use are not eligible for exchange or return.
2. How to Initiate an Exchange or Return:

- Please provide pictures and a video of the damaged/defective/wrong product, including the original packaging showing the shipping label and customer details for verification. (An unboxing video is highly recommended.)
3. Conditions for Exchange and Return:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Only size exchanges are allowed. Exchanges for different colors or designs are not available.
- You can only exchange a product once. Further exchanges are not permitted.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable at your pincode:
- For damaged products, we will grant a full refund without requiring the product to be returned.
- For other returns or exchanges, you must send the product via courier to our address. We will be unable to process exchanges or refunds otherwise. Please contact us for assistance with this process.
4. Reverse Pickup and Delivery:
- For approved exchanges/returns, we will arrange for a reverse pickup within 24-48 hours.
- Exchanged products will be delivered within 5-6 days after the pickup.
5. Charges:
- Returns: A ₹100 courier fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges: A ₹50 courier fee applies.
- For damaged products, you will receive a full refund without any deductions if reverse pickup is available. If not, the refund will be processed without picking up the product.
6. Refund Process:
- We will review the product based on the details you provide.
- The refund will be initiated after the pickup is done.
- Refunds will be processed through UPI.
